Just last weekend, I was introduced to Yadah and Yadah team presented a cute video of Yadah using her skincare line. I found this version from Youtube but bare in mind, at the moment in Malaysia we only have part of it and there will be further extension to the skincare line in future.
I instantly fall for its packaging, they are really simple and cute! Notice the cactus on the right? Its their key ingredient of Yadah skincare. Cactus is one of the plants that has the capability to survive in scorching heat or dry winters by retaining its water level. Scientifically more known as Opunti Ficus, the extract is included to help to retain skin moisture in any weather, has strong anti-inflammatory and high in anti-oxidant. Products available from Yadah skincare and I had the chance to test them out.
- Bubble Deep Cleanser (150ml) for MYR49.00
Thick mousse cleanser that helps to remove impurities, excess sebum and makeup. I love that the mousse is pack with tons of bubbles unlike some mousse cleansers some are just loose bubbles and this felt almost like a mousse foundation. It leaves my skin feels fresh and moisturised.
- Vitamin Toner (80ml) for MYR49.00
The vitamin toner looks like an ordinary toner but its in gel form with I love the most. I find that gel toners are great for combination to oily skin because personally, I have used gel toners and it leaves skin less oily, supple and well moisturised.
- Vitamin Emulsion (80ml) for MYR49.00
The emulsion helps to hydrate and revive skin radiance level. It absorbs easily after the toner and its very light weight. There was no tacky feeling but skin is much more plumped with moisture.
- Angel BB Cream SPF20 PA+++ (50ml) MYR49.00
BB cream are very popular in Korea for its multi-functional cream for our skin. For this BB cream, it has anti-wrinkle, anti-oxidant, brightening, UV protection, moisturising, sebum control properties and it comes in two undertones which is pink and yellow. Pink undertone (light beige) is suitable for fairer skin tones and yellow undertone (natural beige) is suitable for medium to tan skin tone.
- Handcream (40g) for MYR17.00
This is by far the most affordable hand cream that I ever came across. The texture is light but moisturising and it does have a refreshing scent to it. After smoothing it out on my hands, it doesn’t feel tacky but leaves my skin feeling smooth.
- Sun Cream SPF40 PA+++ (40ml) MYR17.00
This is also one of the most affordable sun block I came across especially for its high SPF, I almost can’t believe it when I found out how much it is. It does have a very light scent of a typical sunblock but it doesn’t stay. Plus point for this sunblock is its oil free and waterproof. The texture is slightly thicker than the rest, a little does a lot and I believe this will last quite a long time.
- Cactus Mist (60ml) for MYR25.00
Comes in spray bottle, the mist helps to rehydrate and refresh skin anytime anywhere especially when the bottle is small bottle and travel friendly. Its available in two scents which is Fresh Lime and Fruit Garden, the scent it nothing too overwhelming and it doesn’t linger long on the skin. Personally, I like Fresh Lime.
- Natural Shampoo (250g) for MYR35.00, (400g) for MYR45.00
The shampoo is suitable for young adult hair, less likely for my hair because my hair is colored. It helps to sooth sensitive scalp and irritated scalp. Cleanses delicately without drying out your hair.
Also comes along with these cute makeup pouch for only MYR49.00, a decent pouch for your to keep your makeup in your bag.
