January 2012 Hauls!

1. System Box, from Daiso for MYR5.00 each

I got into my makeup organization last month especially its the CNY month and was watching some videos how to organize makeups. Daiso have really good containers for organization and I gotten this which is also stack-able. At the moment I just use them to keep my quads and small palette of eye shadows.

2. Acrylic Box, from Daiso for MYR5.00 each

This is also from Daiso and the initial purpose of this is to keep collectibles for display. I find its a great storage organizer too. It keeps my primers and foundation in different sections. I love it especially it is clear container.

3. [TOP] Hair Curler, from Nile.com.my for MYR1.50 (a pack of six pieces)

I wanted to try this out to see if this work like how it claims. It’s like a fine textured sponge shaped funnily that promises to help to curl hair without using any heat. It works better than I expected, seriously.

4. [BOTTOM] Double Eyelid Clip, from Nile.com.my for 2.10 (one pair)

People will think that I’m crazy to have this even though I have double eyelids. Let me explain sometimes I get parallel eyelid on my right eye and tapered eyelid on my left eye. The reason I wanted to have this is to even out the double eyelid. It seems like a torturing clip but it isn’t that painful after all.

5. [TOP] Maybelline Angelfit Perfect Concealer in Natural Beige, from Guardian for MYR19.90

I wanted to try new concealer and I bumped into Maybelline’s. I know this is not a new product but I need a new one for my Sweet & Fun, Dragon Inspired and Classic Shanghai Night makeup tutorials. I have never tried Maybelline’s concealer and I’m quite impressed by the result of it.

6. [MIDDLE] Freshian Volumizing Mascara in Black, from The Face Shop for MYR20.00

I bought this for the reason of filming new tutorials as mentioned above. Again, I have never tried mascaras from The Face Shop and this was on sales. I thought this could be a good grab.

7.[BOTTOM] False Lashes, from Daiso for MYR5.00

This lashes are half-sized and I don’t have any false lashes like this. I know Michelle Phan always use demi lashes and I would like to try it to see if works out on my eyes. I start off with natural looking lashes like this ones!

8. Unazukin in Cherry Blossom, from Oh! Japan for MYR56.90

This has been my WANTED list for crazy long! It’s the nodding doll that is no longer in production by Bandai and I finally found it in Oh! Japan which is one of the store located in Tokyo Street, 6th Floor Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. It comes with my favorite flower theme of cherry blossom. I bought this right after Urban Decay Naked 2’s Pre-Launch and this is SUPER CUTE!

9. Revlon Color Silk Luminista in Medium Blonde, from Watsons for MYR22.80

I attempted on coloring my hair to ash blonde and I also bought natural brown shade for my mother. I put so much high hopes on this and it disappoints me crazily. It didn’t turn out anything like blonde but my hair golden light brown. Maybe I have not learn much about hair coloring yet but I finally found out that Asian hairs has red undertone to it, that is why it didn’t turned out well.

10. Vintage Yellow Platform Loafers, from Dr Queen for MYR39.90

Flat platforms are very trendy in Japan during the last quarter of 2011. I found this loafers at Berjaya Times Square and I’m kind of into vintage yellow lately. This is affordable and pretty!

11. Beige Half Closed Chunky Heels, from TSC for MYR35.00

Chunky heels came into trend early this year. I did a quick shopping during lunch break with my colleague and couldn’t resist such lovely pair. It’s in a very light beige shade with gold studs and I just had to grab it especially it’s super affordable, original price was MYR89.90. This was from Sungai Wang.

12. Blue Studded Wedges, from Zucca for MYR20.00

I seriously had to grab this. Can you imagine this to be such a bargain? Wedges like this could cost at least MYR65 and above. Look at how much I got them and the original price is for MYR69.90. I think this wedges is chic yet edgy.

I still have more hauls on my CNY shopping but this is going to take sometime as it’s more on the fashion side. Stay tuned!
