O’slee Whitening Mask Review

I’m not sure if you remember this but I receive O’slee Whitening Mask complimentary from O’slee’s event. I know it’s been a while but it’s because that I was on skin crisis and nothing actually worked. Now that my skin is healing (thanks to my dermatologist!), I’m happily using skin care products now.

O’slee skincare is the number one skincare rated in Hong Kong. They believe in natural skincare benefits and woman now can experience it from this skincare that uses latest technology that be able to enhance the efficiency and stabilizing it. This mask contains rosehip extract and papain which helps to whiten and eliminate skin imperfection such as freckles and blemishes. It also helps to provide moisture giving porcelain-like skin.

I like the simplicity of the packaging of using the color of white, pink and black as well as the directions to use and reminder at the back. Just like many sheet mask, use it after cleansing for15 minutes. It doesn’t require any rinsing on after use, just pat on the serum onto skin and continue with your skin care regime.

However the kink placement was a little too low from the top causing me almost tearing the mask, luckily I was opening it slowly. I could smell the rose as I open the sachet and it does not come with any film but it’s definitely soaked with sufficient serum.

When I took out the mask, the serum did not drip off from the mask and of course, unfolding the mask is definitely not a problem too. The mask was really nice especially I always keep my sheet mask in the fridge. This way it helps to preserve the life span of the mask and with the tropical weather in Malaysia, it’s helps to relax and cools down your skin.

I like how the rose smell was lingering around when I’m having the mask on, however the size of the mask is too big to fit onto my face. I have to make small folds on certain areas such as at the nose bridge and the sides of my lips.

Later on, I realized I look like C-3PO from Starwars. Hahaha! The mask however does not adhere on my face properly, it kept bulbing up although I have smoothen it up for a few times. You can actually tell if you look at my image above carefully.

As soon as I remove the mask, I could see my face has been brighten up. Sadly, it didn’t last till the next morning. I gently pat and massage the remaining serum onto my skin and I like how it absorb so quickly. It doesn’t feel sticky but kept my skin feeling well moisturized. It doesn’t seem to lighten my acne scars but I can’t really say much about this because it’s recommended to use 2-3 times a week for maximum result and I’m only using one now. I’m not going to complain much because it doesn’t irritate my skin or break me out.

It’s available in Guardian Pharmacy or you may purchase it online at O’slee Malaysia. They sell in boxes that contains 5 pieces of the mask in each box. The retail price is for RM39.90 but currently they are having promotion for this mask, selling for RM29.88. The price is still reasonable eh?
