Review: Mist On Your Quenching Thirst Skin, Sampar Skin Quenching Mist

I seldom use facial mist because I get worried if it gets too oily on my skin. I’m very skin concious now after I have been doing facial treatment at the salon. Not that I never care about my skin before but I’m at that stage of freaking out because of my oily skin, deteriorating collagen and pigmentation problem. Then I think why not extending my skincare regime and I’m giving Sampar Skin Quenching Mist a try.

Sampar Skin Quenching Mist - Pump

Listen to your instincts and let Skin Quenching Mist wrap your skin in well-being, comfort and freshness. Its barely-there texture locks in make-up and shields against outside irritants.

Results: Soothed and free of impurities, the skin reclaims its soft, supple and serene natural state.

Especially suited for sensitive skin.

This mist comes in a pump bottle and easy to travel with but I do think if they could come out with smaller bottles that will be better.

Sampar Skin Quenching Mist 2

The mist is like water with rose scent. It can be sticky when I freshly spray it but after about 10 minutes its all good.

Sampar Skin Quenching Mist - How To Use

The initial way to use this mist is to spray it on cotton pad and wipe across the face with it but I used it differently. Like many other facial mist I sprayed it on my face directly with my eyes closed and pat the product in until its fully absorbed. This is recommended to use right after cleansing face as a toner.

Sampar Skin Quenching Mist - BIA Skin Analyzer

Here is the reading of my BIA Skin Analyzer on before and after using. There isn’t any changes because my skin is already at its top measurement for moist and skin softness level.

Sampar Skin Quenching Mist - Ingredients

This facial mist is alcohol free and contains cornflower, lime blossom and orange blossom water.

Verdict?

I like to use this often, the feeling of spraying facial mist on my face feels refreshing but it doesn’t deliver enough moisture to my cheek and chin area. I have combination skin and I did try to use it as a toner but after at about 2-3 hours my skin starts to feel dry and tight again. This will only be great for temporary skin dryness relief. It’s pretty pricey for  a facial mist, knowing that you’ll use it often and product finishes fast that way.

  1. Hi there! Thought I’d drop by and check this out. I’m a big fan of facial mist, I think I have four of them right now hahah. Too bad this doesn’t give you enough moisture and gives you that dry feeling afterwards. I like to use my facial mist to cool off especially when the heating is on and my skin feel dehydrated. In fact, I’m doing a featured post this Thursday featuring other bloggers with their fave mist on my blog, and thought perhaps you want to join in? It would be really cool! Let me know! xx Donah (Sweetjellbean.com) & GIG Founder
