It’s been a while since my last lip balm and I have not been using one until recently. It’s really a bad habit because I do have dry lips and they do get flaky occasionally. My lips does look pale if I don’t keep them moisturised and they get wrinkly too. Now to prevent that I will have to keep my lips moisturised all time!
Drink Up! Lip Balm is a fresh and exciting lip balm scented just like your delicious coffee & refreshing green tea. When applied on lips, it changes into a natural sheer pink color and has a tremendous long-lasting formula that locks in 8 hours of moisture keeping your pouts moist, smooth and oh-so-soft.
Enriched with Grape Seed and Avocado oil, Vitamins A, B, D & E help to refine and soothe your sweet luscious lips.
I thought the blister packaging does look cute as it shapes like a coffee cup but of course, the lip balm isn’t. It looks like your typical twist up lip balm. For this lip balm, it does have brown coating on the outside and shapes like a lipstick. Although this is coffee flavor, it doesn’t taste like coffee at all. It has that mild coffee scent but I think its more of chocolate scent.
Here’s a show of before and after, and this lip balm does give that sheer pink tint to my lips. For this I only applied a layer and the more you applied, it gets more pink. Sometimes I could achieve the bright pink lips just with this lip balm. The texture is buttery that it glides on easily on my lips and keeps my lips moisturised up to 3-4 hours. Even so, the color does transfer by all means in my case, it transferred to my cup when I drink but it only transferred a light layer of it.
This lip balm is made in Thailand and it does contain alcohol. It seems like its Paraben free which is totally a plus point!
Verdict?
Now that I know that it comes with green tea flavour, I feel like grabbing it! If you haven’t know, I always love green tea for the scent, flavor, nutrition and all about it. I really like this lip balm that it has flavor, gives color to my lips and moisturising too. I notice I reach out for this very often now when my lips is dry. This is very affordable and I highly recommend it.
