Arthur’s Hokkaido Mille Crepe Cake

creep…creep…creep…desserts for the world!!!

I can’t deny my love for desserts. Last month, I found this love as I was window shopping with my Lover. It’s crepe cakes!!! Have you tried any? This is my first encounter on crepe cakes and I’m amazed when it has existed long ago. Gosh, how could I not know about this?

They came with a few selection in their deli. There is:

  • Rum and Raisin
  • Hazelnutty Delight
  • Strawberry Oiishii
  • Original Classic
  • Chocolate Banana
  • Chocolate Supreme
  • Black Forest
  • Mocca
  • Café Latté
  • Macca Latté

There is one more selection that I have missed it’s name. It’s so hard to decide as they all look so YUMMY!

I finally decided for something really sweet and chose Chocolate Supreme. It kind of sounded like a pizza’s name, doesn’t it? With it’s name, I expected it to be super chocolaty and sweet.

Look how presentable the cake is? Topped with a layer of chocolate, shaved chocolate and pieces of pistachio, you can see layers of crepes piled together neatly to form as a cake. Talk about hardwork and effort, this is surely one great one. Each crepe needs to be made thinly as it is and to be perfect.

I could taste the layers of crepes with its cream in between. It wasn’t too sweet and I was really afraid by the time I finish it, I’ll be looking out for drinking water to clear my throat. But I was wrong! The sweetness is still the same from the start till the end, nothing too overwhelming. The chocolate layer isn’t oily and it was really good. Each slice is for MYR 7.90.

They are located in the golden triangle in the city of Kuala Lumpur. I’m looking forward to try more flavors! I definitely recommend this!
